HEPA Criteria and HealthWay
HealthWay is a company that adheres to HEPA standards, a set of guidelines and protocols that filter out unwanted particles from the air. These standards are important for maintaining air quality and eliminating contaminants.
The U.S. government has set HEPA (High-Efficiency Particulate Air) as a standard for air filtration. Although many consider this to be a good indicator for the quality of indoor air, HealthWay takes it a step further. HEPA filters only work to eliminate particles up to 0.3 microns in size, which the American Lung Association recognizes as “ultra fine particles”. As such, HealthWay goes beyond the HEPA standards to ensure better quality air.
